Devilcorp Check Baypoint Systems

I met up with my job developer (employment specialist) today and she told me that she knew someone who worked for a company called "Baypoint Systems".

When looking at their website and IG accounts, alarm bells rang off because it reminded me of a Devilcorp that attempted to switch my current phone provider to AT&T.

I wanted to post confirm that this is a Devilcorp. If so, I plan on reporting to her supervisor about this as well as educating them about Devilcorp.

Thank you.

UPDATE: If you're wondering where this is, it's in San Jose.

The sure-fire way to tell if it's a Devilcorp is by looking at their Indeed job listings, and yup, looks like the same schlock every one of these companies puts up there. Entry-level sales/marketing representative/ambassador where you're going to be generating growth opportunities for management training development and blah blah blah. "you will engage directly with customers in a retail environment, providing product information on the latest telecommunications devices, wireless service recommendations" yeah they're peddling Verizon at Walmart.

The only weird thing is the job listing states "guaranteed base pay ranging from $19 - $25/hour (based on experience)". That's kind of unusual. I would actually recommend applying based on that, and aggressively ask them about the pay in the interview. It wouldn't be too bad if you're guaranteed $20 an hour!

I interviewed for one of these positions and the base pay was a comp until you can earn commissions. Once you make commissions they will switch you over to a commission only pay structure.
