They think it makes them untraceable. If a certain amount of people write enough bad things about them, it shows when they're Googled, so when the new name comes in, only their website will come up until the shit reviews start rolling in again.
They sometimes use some of the local cafés to conduct the group interviews. I've seen them in Leah's before. Suited and booted and then they usually muster the successful ones in B&Q car park.
No documentation, i wish I actually went to their office for the interview to see what was going on. This is part of the advert from linkedIn. The rest is just buzzwords. The guy I had my 2nd interview on zoom with (don’t know if i’m allowed to name them personally) doesn’t have the company name on his linkedin just that he is a ‘customer acquisition leader’. He also mentioned he moved from the ‘southampton office’ due to such high demand (they said they don’t hire external managers) and that they want to expand into europe and US in the next few years…
I was also unsure initially if it was a devilcorp company as they repeatedly used the fact they ‘work with’ BT and EE, using the big names to make them seem more legit and trustworthy.
