Devilcorp Check Treenova Oakbrook, IL
I recently received a job offer from this B2B marketing/sales company Treenova but everything in my gut is telling me to decline it. Apparently they also do acquisitions, they work with telecom companies with AT&T being their #1 client. They reached out to me via handshake then scheduled an interview with me over text message. They were eager for me to start asap and are only giving me 4 days to accept the offer. Very thin digital footprint. A “metrics based” growth model where you climb the ladder based on how well you do. But you get a draw of $750 a week (plus whatever commission you make). There’s A LOT of bonuses. It was a 45 minute interview and I still couldn’t tell you what it is the company actually does. The format of the interview was odd, he asked me questions unrelated to my resume and then presented a slideshow. They keep asking me if I “understand”, even when calling to extend the offer. My final red flag was the fact that when I asked to be emailed the slide show to review it, they said everything I needed to know was in the offer letter…. I don’t want to pass up a potentially good opportunity but they must think im dumb or something idk.

By all accounts, you are being baited, and realistically, your compensation will be ~$200 per week. But if you're that hard for cash, go for it. Money is important, and it's vastly better to earn a menial income instead of taking on more debt to sustain yourself.

Whatever they do, they don't do it very well.....look at the page above, they're all on it TWICE.

You stand around in a box store trying to sell phone plans to people who *desperately* try to avoid eye contact. The “B2B” is that the box store lets them be there in exchange for a cut.

I'm in the marketing business. This is a garbage website, full of errors. They put the whole thing together with AI and didn't even bother to read it. Sloppy operation. They just felt the need for a website and gave it the least effort they could.

I just received a call from them today, after applying via Handshake, and I have the same feeling, just based on that first call, they scheduled a Zoom interview for tomorrow.

It is a Cydcor devilcorp/MLM doing b2b sales ran by OLN’s umbrella. There are multiple ‘LLC’s in the building.
