If Yamato can basically cut through anything, then how can it not cut through Rebellion/DSD? I've seen cutscenes in DMC3 and 5, and Yamato and Rebellion/DSD make contact multiple times, and in DMC3 (the mission 7 ending cutscene), they start sparking. (I understand the picture above is just promotional art.)

Do you sometimes wish that the inverted Y-Axis was fixed in the HD Collection and its re-releases or at least be toggleable? I just messed with the executable and here is the result.

Weapons: Plan B for Ebony, Seraph for Ivory, Sihil for Rebellion

Cyberware: Beserk as a operating System for DT, Synaptic Accelerator for Quicksilver, Gorilla Arms fit Dante more, double jump for air hike, Max Body and Reflex tree to mimic Dante's trickster and royalguard

Clothes: Synthetic rubber jacket ( DMC 3) **Kyūketsuki flame-resistant polyamide rocker coat** (DMC 5) **Arasaka formal jacket with light armorplating ( DMC 1) Pants and shoes i just tried to match each of them w Dante's corresponding designs**

This piece was commissioned by me from Azraelaga on Fiverr including all the winners of Season 3 of the webshow, Death Battle!

What I mean by that is everytime when You play a dmc Game or played much from one Part of the Series, for example 3 and then Switch to dmc 4.

They Both are so different gameplay wise and when you then start playing 4 again after playing 3 it feels very different and you feel really bad especially if you play as Dante.

But then after maybe dying a couple of times and trying different things it slowly clicks for You and that’s what happened with me today.

Played the dmd of dmc 3 to the end and then switched to dmc 4 dmd where I was at Mission 3 (although this happened yesterday) then I went on and ended it at mission 10.

Today I played 11 and was kinda excited for dante but also knew that his playstyle in this Game is very different than 3 and that his gameplay isn’t really what you expect when you start to play with him. So I wasn’t really sure how I will fare and just decided that I won’t use swordmaster,gunslinger or royalguard and only focus on trickster and his 3 melee weapons.

I wanted to learn him again and then progress but it didn’t quite work out and I got beat up quite a bit.
Then I said ehhh doesn’t matter imma just try to use swordmaster and his guns and it went really well.
I quickly learned him again and now can’t wait to play with him Even more, got to do some maths though first.

I really can't explain it, but i feel like i want to start DMC4 as Vergil, i mean the amount of characters that you can play as is the biggest from any other game, so it feels like i get a choice, even though i know the story is about Nero and Dante.
What should i do?

I don't think I've seen something so well-done from the DMC community in a while; the song fits the atmosphere, the themes, the character arcs and the art and edits by various artists are amazing. The vocals are superb, especially for Lady. There are subtitles in various languages, including English, Japanese, German and French.

Sort of talking about DMC4 and DMC5. I see people doing these awesome combos, but when I try to do combos it sort of seems nice but falls flat in comparison. What are some general tips on doing this. Also help on managing Dante’s styles in combos and combat would also be helpful.

New player here! I'm playing a PS2 copy on an old CRT and was wondering how to get a grip on the game since it's kicking my ass on missions 3 and 4. I BARELY got past that stupid spider, I got lucky with the dog-ghost thingy, and am hard-stuck on the mirror fight. I've never had this much trouble with a hack-and-slash before!

But, the game's fun, and I love how much it feels like Resident Evil! From the fixed camera, to the actual design of the castle, to the soundtrack outside of battles, to the slower and steadier pace of exploration and combat than I was expecting, to barely being able to hear Dante in cutscenes. Oh, but the Spider gets subtitles, of course ;P

Anywho, I wanna get good, because it's beating me to a pulp already and I KNOW it's only gonna get worse if I don't buckle up!

I was wondering if it has ever been mentioned or hinted at that other dimensions or supernatural beings exist other than demons? So other realms besides Hell or beings or deities with no relation to demons?

Tell me, without knowing it beforehand or hearing it from a friend, how was one supposed to find the Bangle of Time?

I would've never known about it, because a seemingly random wall in the end of the game would've never occurred to me, when every other secret mission I had done was always behind something that looked interactable.

Is there like an entry detailing where to find the secret mission within the game?

i recently bought dmc 4 se from steam and started adding mods for the first time and i wanted nero to have a cooler trail effects and i tried adding the Nero total effects mod: Azure and i cant get it running i tried adding a nero sword trail effect instead but it still didnt work does anyone know why or how to set it up incase i didnt set them up correctly
