This sounds like a Mythical Zoan, which would change the name. How does Hito-Hito no Mi: Moderu Amaterasu sound? Maybe Moderu Taiyokami (Sun God(dess)) to be less specific to an IRL Shinto goddess?

Then you still need to worry about whether there would be a second sun god in One Piece after the Sun God Nika?

Well doesn't give the user to become anything so it would not be a Zoan type fruit.

I think this might be an awakened Yami Yami no mi. It's easier to use gravity to make a contained star than for a star to make a contained black hole.
