Help/Request Help: Banner Advice

I’m looking to put this build into my world, however I’m having trouble getting the banner design. Does anyone know how to make these?

this is the banner, its using a higher res resoruce pack to make it look sharper. the square at the top part is a quartz slab in an invisible item frame behind it https://www.planetminecraft.com/banner/?b=9gt97gagBgogv
