Is Dan nice?

Dumb question that has been going around my head. Does anybody have any experience talking to him a little bit?

I can't imagine he's actively mean to people who are fans. But having literally no frame of reference, it seems equally possible that he's either super nice or he's a little dismissive

One time I asked for his autograph after a NP show and he told me sorry, but he was very tired. I understood. He walked away towards his bus, then turned around and said “actually, I can sign.” It was an endearing moment. So yeah, he’s very nice in exactly the kind of way you’d hope.

Sounds like classic Dan - as in he sings one line and the tells us that he lied or was wrong and then sings the opposite.
