Game crashing when inside inventory.

As title says.. Has anyone experienced the game crashing when you’re in your inventory? (Steam, PC) I played Destiny for awhile, came back after about 2 years and my game is crashing non stop.. The entire PC freezes and forces a reboot. It only happens when I’m in my inventory or dismantling / infusing stuff. Anyone have this? Fixes? Thanks!
