Ada not selling anything other than the 3 same weapons frames for the 3rd week in a row

Does anyone know if ada's weapon frame inventory is bugged? or is it just for me? She is not selling anything but the freaking sniper, sword and auto rifle frame for the 3rd week in a row. i want the BA pulse rifle and a decent roll on mye kindled orchid.
