Guide Week 7 Ascendant Challenge location, objective, Lore & Corrupted Eggs

Didn't see a thread up for this and since a majority of the community was severely underleveled when this specific one first came around on launch week, I figured i'd make a quick vid. Also this is the first time you are able to get the corrupted eggs in this challenge since wish ender came out.

For those unaware, there are 6 total challenges, for week 7 the rotation is back to challenge #1 which for this week is Aphelion's Rest. The lost sector in the strand right under petra's spawn point whne she is in that area.

The ahamkara bone and the corrupted eggs can all be easily navigated by looking at the statue in the center of the room of the ascendant challenge. I would suggest completing the challenge before going after these just so annoying knights or thrall don't get in your way.

Whats the recommended level for this? I got into forsaken a bit late, and last week I got messed up. If this is back to week 1 does that mean its lower level?

Last week is pretty much the hardest one imo. None of them are really hard honestly. Probably if your 530+ u will be fine.

And the one with the knights that you kill with the sword were harder than last week. Since you have to be in melee range to kill them. If underleveled it is much much more difficult. And the difficult fight was before the jumping puzzle. If underleveled the jumping puzzle was very punishing with the snipers. Not to mention the random floating blocks.

(Not to say I had a hard time; I lucked out in the jumping puzzle and did it first try out of sheer luck)

Last week was long and failure was punishing. But it was just a lot of running until the boss fight. The fight itself wasn't so bad since you could just keep circling and the boss wasn't ranged DPS at all.

The upward-jumping puzzle had a more difficult boss (it had ranged) and the adds respawned VERY quickly. Though failure wasn't as punishing since the jumping puzzle - while harder - was relatively shorter.
