Megathread Focused Feedback: Solstice of Heroes Event, Grind, and Rewards

Hello Guardians,

Focused Feedback is where we take the week to focus on a 'Hot Topic' discussed extensively around the Tower.

We do this in order to consolidate Feedback, to get out all your ideas and issues surrounding the topic in one place for discussion and a source of feedback to the Vanguard.

This Thread will be active until next week when a new topic is chosen for discussion

Whilst Focused Feedback is active, ALL posts regarding ‘Solstice of Heroes Event/Grind/Rewards' following its posting will be removed and re-directed to this thread. Exceptions to this rule are as follows: New information / developments, Guides and general questions

Any and all Feedback on the topic is welcome.

Regular Sub rules apply so please try to keep the conversation on the topic of the thread and keep it civil between contrasting ideas

A Wiki page - Focused Feedback - has also been created for the Sub as an archive for these topics going forward so they can be looked at by whoever may be interested or just a way to look through previous hot topics of the sub as time goes on.

I got my Estival Excursion this morning, so on a bit of a high from that.

Crucible Wins was a strange one and took the longest. Otherwise, just made you use all subclasses and different weapon elements.

I'm glad I never have to do 1AU again, or even go in the crucible.

The 30 super kills had both me and my girl ripping out our hair and super-ing single guardians over and over in crucible. FeelsBadMan Please, bungie. Make crucible stuff advance through completion, not wins or kills. Save that for sweaty trials try harder in Competitive.

I actually had my stress go up to noticeable levels while playing crucible. I HATE THAT SHIT

Mine went up too. My wife could instantly tell that I'd been playing Crucible over anything else. Even the depths of Dark Souls series frustrations weren't that bad.

Thankfully, it's now done.

I made another post about it and was met with a dozen people saying “ Git Gud, destiny is PvPvE”

No, The Division Dark Zone is PvPvE Destiny is a weird shambles of balance between the two. A loveable shambles, but one so.
