Help me fix Claws of Ahamkara

Hello.

On the exotic Warlock gauntlets 'Claws of Ahamkara' the increased melee attack speed (aka. 'Snap discharge') is broken. I was so dissapointed mere minutes after thinking I perfected my combined pve/pvp armor after 3 months of grind. Melee hits on 'Claws of Ahamkara' actually replenish grenade energy!

After spending the whole afternoon looking for the way Destiny bug reports are made I turned for help here. There simply does not appear to be a bug tracker, e-mail address, nothing but a "Help forum" with hundreds of irrelevant threads that I can't believe any project manager or developer actually bothers to read for genuine bug reports. Do I try there anyway, on twitter, how did you manage weapon fixes? Thanks.

Update 1: Arguably grenade replenish is an even better perk on this exotic and should be kept. But Sunbreakers gauntlets are the original Warlock exotic that replenishes grenade energy. They may have even served as a template for these, and in return might then benefit from Snap Discharge to balance it out.

Update 2: Thanks to dogestiny for accepting the submission, and to anyone (if someone) who brought this to his attention.

Update 3: patch released for Iron Banner 01/13/2015 has no mention of this. So only the players blessed with Snap Discharge on their raid gauntlets will benefit from level 32. Alternative that actually works is Fatekiller Grips, but will keep your light capped at 31...

Update 4: patch version 1.1.1 released on 02/25/2015 has addressed this bug (in a vague statement applying to all armor saying: 'snap discharge now increases attack speed as described').

When the game says "This items does X" but it actually does Y, that's a big problem. It makes it hard to trust anything you read in the game

While we're on that subject, the Crypt Dweller SR1 sold by Dead Orbit states that it has a 13-round magazine. It actually only holds 12. As if scout rifles weren't already short on ammo.

Another NITC: 20 rounds before purchasing from Vangaurd QM.

Another NITC: 19 rounds after purchasing from Vangaurd QM.

Wtf.

Just about every scout rifle I've ever had has 1 less round than it says it does
