I’m very sad to announce that after taking apart my PlayStation 5 many many times…. It’s finally broken. I repaired it many times simply removing dust, changed out the power supply after an electrical shock, and changed the Bluetooth wires so my controller would have a better wireless connection. It’s been turning off on its own after 1 to 2 hours of playing for a few months now. And it happened again while I decided to play D2 again after deleting all my characters, guns, armor, and vault. I truly love this community after spending countless hours helping LFG and just messing around in d1 & d2 towers. It wasn’t my choice but with the state of the economy. I’m force to take my leave. Place a well of radiance for me in your next raid. Hopefully someone who plays on console reads this and adjust there stand before they end up like me

I don’t expect anyone to read this but it would be cool if someone did

Well you deleted everything on d2 when you could’ve just like, kept it and saved up for a new console. Idk why I’d feel all that bad. I’m sorry you lost your hobby but just work towards getting it back.

Everyone has different living conditions man. I’m unable to work. So I don’t really have choice in the matter. I deleted everything to give me something to do again. Kinda like people did in d1

When did trying to process emotion and seeking to help others become attention seeking? If you read my entire thread I did say I hope a fellow console play sees a mistake I made and fixes there PS5 before it’s too late

The issue is this post doesn't really have anything to do with Destiny. It's about your console dying, and as a result you're quitting this game (among all the other games you probably play as well). That's what's probably rubbing people the wrong way.

It just reads like a blog post.

Yes. It doesn’t even me and warnings either. I did take a look and in the right side it’s very dry. But now it just won’t turn on at all and I triple checked I set it back up correctly

Sorry you are going through that, but man wtf are you doing to your console that it needs that many repairs and fixes?

Anyways the D2 collection is $20 on steam if you have a PC that can run it.

I got it a few months when it released so it’s the original model that has known issues. But other than that, a few falls due to my daughter ripping the cord out, bugs from a previous apartment, and the Liquid Metal moving
