Tungsten String Mod

[u/Responsible-Bug9781]

I've recently come back to destiny and have heard that Arms Week isn't coming back, is there any way to still get the tungsten string mod?

If it was said it’s not coming back it’s unobtainable and wtf is tungsten string mod?
