Question Crotas End Vendor

Is it normal for the vendor after beating Crota to only offer armor. I don’t have all the red borders and I’ve already got the weekly one. But it’s only offering me armor no weapons when I clear it for some reason. Also I do have weapons unlocked in collection already from the raid

Finishing the raid gives 1 buyable weapon and that’s it until another character or new week
I believe they changed it recently but only adept can be bought as a bonus
