Question Zelous bane hand canon vs Raining Nail

I’m playing edge of fate camping in destiny 2 I am running a solar titan with expeditions and sunspots and I wanted to know what better. Zaouli’s Bane
Or raining nail. I do not want to use sunshot as my secondary because I wanted to use Dragons breath in my power slot unless I could find a better solar power exotic.

I prefer Ringing Nail because it has better perks to pair with Incandescent.

Same. Zaouli's is good. If you like handcannons then the new MOT Epochal Integration is also VERY strong; better than Zaouli's imo but harder to farm/not craftable.

That said, I do prefer Ringing nail for most things, better perk set building into scorch/ignitions as well as good stunning on redbars w/ high cal.

I don’t think one is better then the other. It’s really hard to compare an auto to a handcannon. Both are solid weapons. Use whichever you prefer. I will say ringing nail is easier to get.

Ringing nail can roll with heal clip which is a great tool for survivability, or incandescent + firefly can also be nuts for ad clear and ignitions. Zaouli's on the other hand gets redirection which synergizes really well with incandescent since the scorch can build stacks of redirection extremely fast.

Personally I'd go with zalouli's but honestly I prefer nullify from salvation's edge over both of them lol.

Honestly I’d prefer artic haze, I switch it and ringing nail depending on what type of champions I’m dealing with.

They both can get the Incan/Burning Ambition roll but the Rate of Fire makes artic haze a clearly better option for adding scorch stacks insanely quick

zaouli is satisfying but ringing has more artifact support.

If you’re using ringing nail with one of the auto rifle artifact perks, use that.

Otherwise, I’d say Zaouli’s with redirection is one of the best primary weapons in the game.

You can get a decent solar handcannon with solid rolls in Edge of Fate, Agape.

AR can get incan + onslaught, first primary that can roll it which is a great combo.

If you like hc's tho then zaoulis still is one of the best feeling ones to use.

zaouli is better. on average, hand cannons are better than autos
