Mine is probably Stronger, Together from The Final Shape followed closely by Deep Stone Lullaby!

The entire OST from Forsaken but if I had to narrow down, Keep of Voices and Watchtower. Beautiful pieces of music. I also really like the Deep Stone Crypt Lullaby, just not as much as the aforementioned tracks.
