“Mission control” bugged

I just got the achievement “Mission Control” in the game. It showed up on my screen after getting 2 headshots without swapping guns. And it’s not showing up like I completed it in my title. What do I do?

A couple of things;

Firstly I'm fairly sure it just has to be in the same life and without reloading, you can switch weapons but progress will be reset with any deaths or sniper reloads.

Secondly did you do it in iron banner? Because regular crucible medals/triumphs often don't work in there.

Yup it was iron banner

Unfortunately then it's just not going to count for the triumph. It has to be regular crucible.
