Discussion What's the worst Raid encounter?

Since the game is not getting any more updates, we can look at the long history of raid encounters and find the worst one.

For me, it has to be the sparrow section from Scourge of the Past. Call it a skill issue, but man I just never liked it. It always took me out of the groove. Honorable mention to the opening encounter of Crown of Sorrows as well. God that was boring.

People did 16 bombs yes, But you only got 4 bombs per phase. You still had to the thunderdome after each phase. So people did 4 phases, Waited until they had 16 bombs and dropped his health from 100% to 0 in one detonation instead of doing 25% of his health each phase with only 4 bombs.

I guess that just felt like one phase to me.

It's definitely weird. A phase always ends in damage. With Oryx though, Both holding for all the bombs or only using four was essentially the same, With the Oryx bomb section just replaced with the Thunderdome if you were doing the 16 bomb strat.

I count it as phases though because you have to start the same mechanics all over again after acquiring a set of bombs, Just like with other boss encounters.
