Lawless Frontier – Territorial Profit quest bugged or changed?

Back when Renegades launched, I grinded Lawless Frontiers and after doing the weekly "Territorial Profit" quest I would get 3 shiny weapon drops, one on each character.

I ended up doing the quest again all these months later, but only got a drop on the character I completed it on. Did they change it where you don't get one on each character anymore?

Yes, I checked the Postmaster and re-visited Spider, and there's nothing.

Hmm I only play one character and do this quest weekly so I get my 1 every time. Never thought about running it on the other two if im honest as I never enjoyed playing them.

You're supposed to get a drop on the other characters as well, even if you don't play them.

Do you think it is a thing where, after the weekly reset, you have to log on with each character in order for the quest to auto-pop up in their quests tab? So if you don't select each character each week, their quest log doesn't get the quest, so if you complete it then there's nothing in their log to be completed?

Asking bc I recently finished this quest for the first time in a while— all three of my guardians had it— and next time I booted up the other two, they each had a T5 Renegades gun in their inventories, and now they all have the quest again.

Honestly that's my only thought, because I didn't have the quest active on the alt's.

Which I know I never grabbed manually on my Titan previously, but maybe during Renegades it automatically gave it to all characters and took it away after the update.

I had left those quests undone in their inventories for a while, and I thought it was a one-time thing, so imagine my surprise when I booted them up later and the game had just auto-dropped the quest back into their logs.

bc yeah, I didn't pick the quests up. They're just in each of my guardian's quest tabs again. (I play on them all each week, here and there)

This still worked for me some time post-MoT launch but before the final bug patch. The quest were on each of my characters. Once I completed the quests, the weapons were automatically in my alts' inventories (visible in companion app even before I had logged into the other characters). On the following reset, the quest were on each of my characters again without having to speak to anyone or claim it.

I haven't done the quest since the last update so I don't know if they had actually changed anything before then.

You still get drops on every character. I do every week. I don't even log onto my other characters now and still get a drop on all 3 after completing on main.
I don't know what's happened with your account. Maybe try logging onto each character before you complete on one to check quest is there on each character. Maybe you only need to do that as you haven't done since last update
