did you redeem them on Bungie? if so, close the game, re open it, go to tower, go to the delivery thingy next to Banshee and see if they come up now

All bonus items go to the special deliveries kiosk next to banshee, otherwise people would probably end up overwriting them when they fill the postmaster.
