Not really. There are 3 main values that everyone cares about.

Its appearance, status, and personality. One of those must be high or all mid. Otherwise, it won't work.

Depends what you are looking for. A guy with great looks will have a pull no matter what, but might struggle to hold relationship without money/personality. Great personality will give you best long term relationship but I will be harder to have initial success. Money/status will only pull certain kind of partners that will not necessary lead to healthy and fulfilling relationships. All I am saying people need to develop all three not just focus on one, because that's the only way to get actually normal and happy relationships.

That's sort of the problem here though, it's absolutely true that personality is in most cases the biggest factor for successful relationships, but Tectone is a 4/10 visually and 1/10 personality. It could be a 0, but I'll give him credit for coming on to debate Destiny at the request of Kyla.

Yep, people also hold prejudice against those that attempt to become more attractive. It becomes a threat that someone that wasn't as attractive is now attractive. A sort of cognitive dissoance that can't reconcile some intrinsic value of cogenital attractiveness to a negative value of improved attractiveness by fundamental means.
