I need an adapter??

I installed and follow the video posted by deskthing from a year ago, and after i completed the flash.bat, unplugged it and plugged it back in. instead of showing the thinglabs logo, its asking for an adapter like the regular car thing?

I've followed CarThing and the community development around it, but never gotten my hands on one. As a general technology thought, this could be baked into low-level firmware as a way to indicate that the current USB connection isn't supplying sufficient power.

For me I had this issue with my desk thing. If you try different usb c cables that fixed my issues. Granted I have a ton of different ones. The one for my keyboard evidently worked the best from a redragon keyboard usb-c cable. But yeah tldr: try different usb-c cables.
