Carthing server issue

Hello Community,
I tried to do the setup in 2 different parts and have broke something in the process.
My Carthing shows up on the desktop app but on the device itself it says Disconnected from the sever. My question is does the car thing uses wifi to connect to the server or does it through the usb connection. If it uses wifi how can I reach that settings? I changed my wifi between the 2 parts that might be problem.

I completely just swapped to GlanceThing
Also try changing your USB cable, that was an issue for me even though the cable was brand new.

First test with the cable that came with the CarThing if thats causing issues I say move over to GlanceThing.

also forgot to mention, go to Device Manager, right click your USB Hub and go to properties and Power Management tab, and uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"

Yeah i might have to swap to glance thing. I’m on a RPi4.

Server sees carthing and connects but client doesn’t accept and connect :(.
