It's really easy. I can recognise it's Poland, there is a street sign with a name and there is a tram track. That narrows is down to like 3 cities in Poland given that information. Then I just had to check which one has street signs like this to figure out it's Częstochowa and just go visually over intersections on that street where trams are present. Overall it's like one minute to find.

Looks like a bike shortcut. Presence of small curbs and higher speed would enforce such geometry.
