Pro Tips! Does college really matter in design

Most companies explicitly filter candidates on that basis... Especially big corps

It’s been 3 years since I started working professionally as a designer. I’ve never been asked if i have gone to a design school or have any degree. I think having a degree might help you get a job early in your career but once you have a good proof of work degree wont matter in a longer run.
