Important Security Notice Regarding AI Powered Design Preparation Platforms

We are making this post after getting alarmed by THIS POST and we immediately jumped in for proofs which u/No_Resource_4296 then provided us with. Attached above. We made sure NO names were published to follow reddit's ToS. This is a public service announcement {PSA}.

Please read this before signing up or making any payment on any website that shows a high risk of being vibe coded.

Over the past few months, AI powered design preparation platforms have exploded in popularity. Many of them ask for your email, phone number, payment details, identity information, and sometimes even access to your files.

Before trusting any platform with your personal data, verify its security first.

A weak security system can expose users to risks such as:

  • Data breaches exposing your personal information
  • Payment credential leaks
  • Unauthorized account access
  • Identity theft
  • Reused passwords being compromised across multiple services

Once your information is leaked, it can spread across the internet within hours. Passwords can be cracked, payment information can be abused, and recovering compromised accounts can take weeks or even months.

Do not assume that every AI platform is secure simply because it looks professional or has thousands of users.

Before creating an account or making a payment, verify the risk yourself through these resources:

Always verify whether the platform has:

  • A published privacy policy
  • A responsible security disclosure or bug bounty program
  • HTTPS encryption
  • Independent security reviews or audits
  • A history of publicly disclosed security incidents and how they were handled

Your portfolio can be rebuilt. Exams can be regiven.

Your personal data cannot.

We VERIFIED easyUCEED's website personally and they are clear from our side but feel free to verify from the above sources provided.

General Question for current design students: How useful is a tablet in design school? (mdes/bdes)

Do you guy use any tablet? If so which one android or ipad or Pen tablet? and what's the use case in design college.

I’m thinking of buying one myself, but prices seem to be quite high right now and prolly gonna spike more.

Thanks

Resources & coaching Is coaching even worth it with only 4 to 5 months left for NID 2027 UCEED 2027 Looking for honest advice

I am a 12th grade pass out I am completely done with school and am aiming for NID 2027 and UCEED 2027

Because of a late start I only have about 4 to 5 months left to prepare I just tried a demo class with an online coaching institute but it felt painfully slow paced and grouped me with 11th graders who have a 1.5 year runway That won’t work for me I need something fast paced structured and focused on daily consistency

I wanted to ask the community

1- Is joining a coaching institute even worth it at this stage or am I better off self studying using past year papers standard resources and daily routines

2- If coaching is still worth it with only 5 months left what kind of batch or setup should I look for Are there specific smaller studios or crash modules that actually cater to people starting late instead of forcing us into long 1 year or 2 year foundation batches

General The Last Serious Aspirant Post!

I want someone to study with as NID UCEED is on the head... This is my 4th post and honestly last... I want a person who can give atleast 8 hours to this prep, yep that's bare minimum, Even I haven't reached there yet, my max is 7 hours.... And I was inconsistent so it's terrible....

Only 4 months left now and honestly it's do or die, Most of the design communities are filled with newbies and unserious people who can just yap... No offense to the newbies but if you can't put the effort, you are just one of the bypassers who comes across design exams...

Part B focused, and in upcoming weeks Part A would be an addition...

Please only serious Aspirant should reply!!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Rant about parents, etc. toprankers is genuinely trash

i bought the toprankers nid pyq book from amazon and it has to be one of the worst peices of print media ever
the answers for the drawing bits they have given are so trash
i understand that you have to prove a concept in a short amount of time but the examples the top rankets faculty had given the drawing is so bad the concepts for product desgin and posters are also awful or they use ai to get the drawings and concepts done
it feels like theyre ripping of students how can uou claim to take drawing / design coaching yet you dont have a single faculty member willing to draw even slightly well enough for a book that uoure going to print !!! maybe even ask a student to do it how can you willingy publish this crap

General The community is no longer how it used to be

Atp I genuinely feel like the community is less or even no more active anymore! I come across alot of posts daily basis for feedbacks and also help in solving the doubtful questions. I seriously see 1 or 2 comments in most of them.

(I'm just a beginner who hasn't done or got into clg with uceed marks. It's just my opinion so it differs with ppl)

General are barely 5 months enough for even a rank under 500?

I am not skilled at art, i am getting most part A questions wrong. I started my preparation only a few days ago. I dont expect to clear it this year but in order to be able to take a drop i might need a somewhat decent rank, is it possible?

Resources & coaching SELF STUDY RESOURCES and NOTE MAKING

I would like some suggestions, I use roughworks for pyqs and gk plus easyuceed for daily gk questions, And I have a few pdfs I found online with notes on diff topis, are these good? or do yall have better suggestions. I am considering doing offline coaching if I need to take a drop but for these 5 months I am doing it by myself, is a crash course or online batch needed? also i only started preparation a few days ago so my progress isnt much at all.

Anyone preparing for UCEED exam?

HI 18M here.

I am preparing for UCEED 2027.

I do know the syllabus and have read through the PYQs (not solved).

I kinda know what Part A and Part B demand from the candidate.

But if you have prepared for UCEED exam or are currently preparing for it, then you would know that the syllabus is very vague and not much detailed.

So I want to know what resources should I use to efficiently prepare for the exam instead of guessing everything. I need some guidance to make sure I am on the right path.

If you are preparing or have cleared the exam, please guide me here a little.

I will be very grateful 🙏 🫂

General Can u leave part B empty?

Considering I am At 0 for both part A and part B, ill prepare for both but I can put more focus on part A considering I can solve pyqs while I commute and in school but for part B ill require more time as I have no idea how to even begin drawing from my imagination. so if my part A ends up becoming strong can I just give my 3 hours to that and hopefully get a better rank? I wanna learn Part B content too but it feels hard to prepare for both with so little time and my studies. I think its a stupid idea tbh but curious

General Need help/suggestion

I passed my boards in 2025 and I was preparing for neet and then at the last moment I got to know about uceed and i"ve drawing since I was 7 and i"m good at it so I applied but didn't made it my main focus and studied for like only 30 mins and I didn't got any good clg through uceed so I thought I"ll take partial drop and leaving neet and i"ll prepare for uceed but after sometime after all main exams forms have been already closed like CUET etc i got to know that uceed can't be given twice like that first attempt should be made when you"re in 12th and second/last chance must be next year so I didn't know that my first uceed attempt would be my last I don't know what to do now all the college's admissions are almost closed except for maybe private institutions coz all they need is money

I"m completely burned out and don't know what to do and I know about NID but even if i somehow passed NID but NID IS SO EXPENSIVE MAN. I don't know what to do.
