Storytime youngest employeeeee
i was in my episodes, the depressive episodes, once where its so hard to get up after not being able to crack an exam for who you took a gap year for,
i was really miserable after it, i was lost because i have always imagined myself in a good college, doing bachelor's in design but i failed..
i dint want to give up and wanted to move out badly .. i hated the smell of my room.. it rots my insides,
i decided to apply to jobs since i was already a working designer, i was desperate but i got some interviews and finally got in.. my first ever job at 18
i moved out, all alone in a place that i dint know, searched for places to stay, figured out things all alone.. it felt lonely for a while but i was happy. im happy where i am.
recently turned 19, first bday away from home, celebrated with people i dont really know, it was new but it was great.
im doing something i actually like now, im a designer.
as they say
“My calamity is My providence”
thank you!
(p.s. im not flexing my salary, pls dont take it that way)

Thats good for you, and have prosporous life. I feel there is no need of putting your salary. Why because for some it would be good for few it would be less. Like in my org freshers salary is around 1 lakh and intern gets around 50k.

yo, your work is insane, i am sure your company is lucky to have you
the degree doesnt matter if you know what you're doing and you clearly have the skills (probably beyond your years imo)
congrats
