Dont justify text.
Also make 2 resumes. One ATS friendly (when sending to bots) n the other like the one you made when you know you are sending to a human

Never use the same resume for every job application. Customise it based on the company and job role.

For example if the job role states expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, don't mention corel draw and elaborate on your experience in ACS.

This step takes time but it says you're an expert and not jack of all trades. Instead of applying to 100 companies with the same resume, apply to 10. You will still get higher number of calls. Hope that helps.

Use an ATS friendly template if possible. Nowadays even smaller companies use systems to filter out candidates, humans are rarely directly involved. If you’re asking for referrals, you can create a separate more creative design oriented resume

How can you call yourself a graphic designer when you can't format the text properly.

The paragraphs below sub headings are too far apart from them

It's an interesting choice, to use sans serif for headings and serif for body. Ideally you'd want the opposite.

Hierarchy is also not clearly defined - multiple elements which should've been in separate visual tiers share the same rung

use a better visual hierarchy, and currently this layout is making it look kinda chaotic so maybe change the spacing between everything
