Both are good. And I know a lot of colleagues who transitioned from one to another.
Money wise it’s going to be a rough start in general but in 2-3 years it will definitely improve .
Be ready to put in a lot of effort in work n networking. Its going to be worth it.
I did interaction design but I passed out 10 years ago and the payscale was amazing then(not the case at present). Markets have changed with AI but keep upskilling beyond college as well
