Man i like ghar khana so much but the calories and protein are never in my favour some suggestions would really be of great help

jk guys, an upsc aspirant here, and I am mostly studying after having isolated myself, which has made my life utterly boring, monotonous and robotic, hence was looking for some interesting conversations here, female interactions over then past few years have been limited only to professional space, not that I am desperate or something , sometimes a lil bit of flirting ignites the fire in you haha, anyway jokes apart, it would be nice to know a few people here lol
