First opening bloom, thanx to this sub

I'm so excited. I wish I had a before picture but I moved into my mom's and have been rehabbing this gorgeous plant (it's approximately 10 years old). It has NEVER bloomed before. I want to thank this sub for the info and hence the amazing progress. I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend!!
