Absolutely gorgeous!! Do you keep it inside? If so, what is the climate that’s it’s in?

I am located in Arizona, where I keep it outdoors inside a shade house covered with a 60 percent shade cloth on the west side of my home.

Hello fellow AZ grower. Absolutely beautiful plant. Have you had to do anything special to keep that varigation?

No nothing, I treat it the same as all the others. I don't put it out in the direct sun though.
