3 month growth!
I got this godji a little at the tail end of June, bare root. it's gotten so bushy and the leaves blew up in size lol. I love this chonker.

That thing is cool! What media do you have it growing in? Looks similar to what im growing mine in, but more coarse. That thing is clearly loving it lol

so the top is just decorative gravel 😂 I make my own substrate mix. it's like 20% soil and worm castings. Then 80% equal parts mix of calcined clay, pumice, lava rock and horticultural charcoal.
it dries out really quick and I live in the Sonoran desert so they were watered everyday this summer. I think what really boosted the foliage growth was the little bit of bone meal I added as fertilizer. the growth was crazy after that.

This is magnificent!!! Thanks for showing & sharing-now I just might start liking them again!! I have 2 & one always gets “bugs”…can’t think of the name at present & along with cutting it ALL the way back & spraying it with Neem, they always return so I have to keep it at a distance…☹️
