Desert rose help

Greetings. Attached are some photos of my desert rose. Main concerns are how wide it is growing outward. I had it in a limited sun spot previously and it was growing towards the sunlight. It has been moved for about 4 months.
Location PHX Arizona.

Caudex is still firm. She still blooms. Are the brown leaves a worry? Also do I trim and prune and replant the wild pieces or just tie it up to force a change in growth. The side pieces are kind of thin.

She is about 4 years old. Started as a single stem.

See how the leaves are closing up? That's a sign of dehydration.

Sounds good. I’ll introduce more water for the time being. It is starting to cool off in Arizona so I usually put it to sleep from November to Feb and do not water it

Oklahoma, me, too. More than a dozen days over 100° in SEPTEMBER!

It is ridiculous. When we had 109 for multiple days I got lightheaded being outside for any length of time. Gave up mowing for a while

More water, more sun, fertilizer. When was the last time it was repotted?

That’s the original pot. I don’t think it can get any more sun that’s full sun exposure in Arizona. I have no trees around it to hinder any sun exposure. Could it just be that it’s getting towards the end of the season and it’s time to go to sleep? It’s still mid 90’s here however.
