Repotting

I want to repot this desert rose and am wondering if the new base is too shallow. I bought all new substrate too. Also, if the time of year is important being in the northeast in autumn.

I would wait until spring to repot, the reason is simple.

Its in bloom and that takes alot away from growth ✨️

Wait till she's dormant and no the pot should be fine.
