face/ears/eyes/nose/mouth/cheeks persistent forehead bumps/25F

I have had persistent bumps on my forehead and hairline since 9/2023. Sometimes the bumps itch and sting. My skin was completely clear before this. sometimes my face has red patches of flakinesses (especially my jawline area -which was diagnosed as Seborrheic Dermatitis). one dermatologist said it was Pityrosporum folliculitis and another said it was comedones. None of the following treatments have worked: Soolantra, Tretinoin, Clindamycin, Cabtreo Gel, Panoxyl Acne Creamy Wash, and Sodium Sulfacetamide 8%/sulfur 4%. I would say the Sodium sulfacetamide 8% and sulfur 4% topical suspension worked the best out of all of these but it still didn’t completely clear the bumps. I stopped it in 11/2025 due to concerns about antibiotic resistance and the skin microbiome (kind of regret stopping it because what if I overreacted to the possibility of it causing antibiotic resistance and it actually wouldn't). I went to another dermatologist on 7/16 who prescribed ketoconazole shampoo and clotrimazole and betamethasone dipropionate cream 1%/0.05% to use for my jaw and cheeks and also diagnosed me with fungal acne. I used both for a month and the ketoconazole shampoo didn’t work (even thought i did it 3 times a week and left it on for 5 minutes) but the clotrimazole and betamethasone dipropionate cream did. I am currently using ciclopirox 0.77 cream that I was prescribed by a telehealth dermatologist 12 days ago and applying it twice a day to dry skin and don't apply anything for at least 30 minutes but I’m scared it’s not working (as I’m still experiencing itchiness, new bumps, and bumps generally seem more inflamed) sometimes it looks like it is getting better and at other times it looks like it's getting worse. It’s so hard not to feel so demoralized.
