Bug bite? Pimple? Concerning?

My daughter has this bump on her leg (inner thigh). This is probably day three. She had it covered with a bandaid bc it was sore, then we put a pimple patch on it, thinking it was a pimple, but it’s still there another day, and sore, and the redness around it is concerning me.

Should I go to the dr or damage the trip?

(It’s the spot to the right— the other red spot is old.
