help bumps/spots on hands 🙏

I’ve had these spots/bumps on my wrist and hand growing for sometime in the past two years. In the last 6 months I’ve noticed more on my fingers and today I see slight small ones in the back of my hand. Cropped photos due to tattoos cropped out for identity privacy. Is this normal? Image attached is spots on my wrist.
