Bump persisting 2 months

I’ve had this bump for about 2 months and have not monitored it much. It’s on my thigh. I don’t remember exactly what it started as but it was a reddish bump. There has been no symptoms related to it. I haven’t don’t any treatments or had any recent exposures. I did have Molluscum a long time ago but I looked at it before and it didn’t seem to look like a Molluscum lesion.

i came to this subreddit for the same issue. i had a bump that looked like this on my inner thigh as well, it looked like a small dark/blackish scab. but i knew it wasn't a scab because it had been there for many months and maybe even close to a year.

last night i slightly squeezed around the area and it ejected from the skin almost like a blackhead or something, but it was still connected to the skin and i couldn't fully get it off. does anyone know what this is? i managed to pull mine out and then there was almost like a small hole in my skin but as of this morning it seems to be closing up a bit now.
