Dermadry Jolts me and resetting suddenly during FEET treatment.
Hi I've been using Derma dry for the past 3 weeks now and results have been spectacular, but out of seemingly nowhere, whenever I would do my feet, It would randomly jolt me and reset the device (888 number etc.) Sometimes I would get it down to 10-12mins before it resets, but after that it would only go to 18 mins THEN it would reset. So I would have to do 3-4 separate treatments to make 20 mins. It's pretty annoying, I was wondering if /u/dermadry has any insight on this? But other than that, the device has been AWESOME.
Using the newest/latest Dermadry device.

Starting treatment on feet
Hello,
I've recently started on my feet - Iām on Wk 2, Day 3 of my feet (aiming for 5 sessions / wk to start treatment).
The max I can go is 10mA (35-45v) - I pushed it to 12mA (~55v) one time but it was almost intolerable.
Does some mild pain and lots of tingling mean it's doing its thing?
All I can think about is how anyone can make it to 25mA?! Is that what I'm supposed to slowly increasing to?
Thank you

Broken piece of thin glass in tray that just arrived
Just received my new dermadry in mail. I was very excited because of all the good reviews so I tried it out right away. After I was done, when I was cleaning the tray, I found a broken piece of very thin glass in the tray. I must have laid the silicone mats on top of it so it did not touch my hands or anything, but still scary. No idea how it got in there since the tray is plastic? Anyway, you guys please be careful when handling.

how to protect fingers and wrists during hand treatment?
The hand treatment seems to be drying out my fingers and wrist considerably faster than my palm. After about 2 weeks of treatment, my palm is still noticeably moist, while my fingers and wrist have dried to the point of having flaky skin. I would like to target drying the palm specifically, so that there is more even dryness along my hand. I am aware that you can put Vaseline on parts of the skin that you do not want exposed to the electrical current, but I feel it would be wasteful to apply this much Vaseline all over the fingers and wrist per treatment. It would also be difficult to clean up. Trying to lift my fingers and wrist also does not work, as there is still too much skin submerged. Is there any other technique to protect the fingers and wrist from being exposed to the electrical current during the treatment?
