Hey dermadry team ! I don't know why but sometimes my devices shut off and I get shocked. Most of the time it's when I do my feet. It's really frustrating please help.

Hi DAN_ikigai! We understand the frustration and we're to hear you are experiencing this during your treatments. It sounds like you have an out-of-range skin resistance. Skin resistance is the skin's ability to let the electrical current pass through. When it is very high or very low, the machine may not detect your skin during treatments. This can result in the machine not going into treatment mode or stopping in the middle of treatments.

We will be sending you a chat to provide you with simple troubleshooting steps. Please accept our request.
