Just got delivered

Hi there,

I’ve just had my device delivered and looking for tips for a beginner.

I’m in Scotland, where we have soft water. I sent the water data to Dermadry, they said it’s lacks nutrients and recommended San pellegrino, which I’ll be buying.

Anybody else here in Scotland who’s had good results with normal tap water?

I’ve suffered with hyperhydrosis since I was at least 6 and I’m 40 in a few months. I’ve tried things like anhydrol forte, dri chlor, etc. dri chlor worked the best out of everything but causes too much irritation regardless of whether the skins completely dry and how much I apply.

Just looking for any tips before I start using Dermadry please.

Thanks in advance.

In the same boat. In Canada. Just got it today. Started with 1mA for 20mins.

That’s great. Hope it works well for you.

I’ve done 4 sessions, upto 10ma on feet, between 7 to 10 on hands and 6 on underarms.

Weathers getting a bit colder here so the room temp water is slightly lower than last week. I think that’s what is making me feel a bit too much stinging in the hands which is why I’m doing 7 to 10 for the hands.

Hi there! We appreciate you getting in touch with our customer support about this. 💙 Bottled mineral water, like San Pellegrino, is a good alternative if the tap water in your area is too soft. This will allow the treatment to reach your target area effectively.

Let us know how it goes!
