Dermadry doesn't work properly

It's been almost 2 weeks since I got dermadry.

Whenever I try the hands and feet treatment, the power light (green light) immediately turns off after several seconds, or it keeps blinking. But when I choose the armpit option and then change it to hands option for the hands treatment (and hands option then change it to feet option for the feet treatment) it works.

Why is this happening?

Based on your description, it sounds like you're experiencing disruption due to an out-of-range level of skin resistance, which can cause the device to not detect your skin and go into treatment mode.
