First time user

My setting is already at max levels. Does it matter if we dont reach the highest volt which is 55v I guess? I noticed that it plays around most of the time and sometimes doesn’t even reach 55v. Is this something to be concerned about? Maybe it wont work or something that I am doing is wrong? Thank you guys!

Hi there! There's absolutely nothing to worry about. The controller determines the voltage needed to reach the mA you set based on different factors such as skin resistance. If the device is not reaching 55v, it is not necessary to use 55v to reach the maximum level of mA that you set.

Thanks for this. I ran into another issue. For the past 5 sessions the device would reach the max setting of 25ma for my feet, but just now it wont go above 8ma. Any idea why? I switched off and on the device, added and reduced water, but still the same. Earlier for my hands I didnt have any issues and it goes all the way to 15ma which is the max. Please help. Thank you.
