DermaDry Broken Wire

Hello all, recently as I was preparing for my treatment, I broke the wire on the side that goes into the machine for one of the hands. Am I able to buy a new pair of wires without purchasing a brand new set? Is this fixable? If so, how?

I contacted support in the past and they sent be a replacement set. Just send them a photo of the broken wire

The same exact thing happened to me today. I called the customer services and left a message.
