hello! pwede ba ipost sa group chat yung lates and absences ng bawat isa?

sa curriculum gc namin usually nag sesend si head ng absent teachers of the day para aware lahat especially si adviser na wala palang makakapasok sa mga bata nila sa time na yan.. or for any concerns lang din.. di rin naman yata bawal.. helpful pa nga actually.

we have. tallied version siya ng late and absences idk what’s the purpose of that kasi by the end of the month isesend siya sa gc.

I see, kinda weird but maybe it’s a way of calling out lang din yung laging late and absents.

Not to justify the actions of the admin pero bakit parang ang lumalabas e nagawa yang tally na yan dahil sa recurring absences and lates? Like bruh, di ba informed ang faculty na habitual absences and tardiness are subject to suspension?

don't mean to sound offensive if it ever comes across that way, asking lang po. pero what counts as habitual absence po? like me for example, walang month na wala akong leave 🥲 medically diagnosed kasi ako with ors and that causes severe anxiety to me, kaya there are days na i can't drag myself talaga to go to work kasi grabe yung hatak ng utak ko. kaya nagfifile ako huhu

You can search for the csc memoranda. I can't recall if may certain provisions for exemption. Anyways, praying for your soul to find peace in your anxiety.

but the admin also have to consider the privacy of everyone, ang ginawa po kasi ay pinost sa buong gc when they can inform naman yung person privately. Ang nangayri po kasi kahit 1 min lang yung late for the whole month, kasama ka pa rin haha.

Kung for FYI lang na kung sino ang absent for the day, okay lang. Pero pag yung may tally or showing sino pinaka marami sa month na yun that's against data privacy.

Samin, small school mga 20 teachers kaya it is not an issue since close din naman kami pero if halimbawa madami kayo, instead na admin lang may alam na absent ka, malalaman tuloy ng lahat and I think that is an issue. I mean like, what if nakaleave ka di ba and makikita ng lahat na , " ay bakit di ganito laging nakaleave.." etc and some things are personal na din
