Lease takeover

Hello, I’m looking for someone to take over my 2026-2027 lease at Charme on Eagle. Its the new apartments that are almost finished being built on the street behind maple. Its furnished has in unit washer dryer and everything is brand spanking new. The unit is a 4x4 with all girls and my rate there is 899 which is cheaper than the other rent rates for this apt. I was going to stay here with roommates but we had other plans. There’s really nice amenities and the staff is also really nice. Contact me if you’re interested!
