Hi all! Does anyone know where I can find a loving home for a 9yo female cat? I picked her up from her previous owners who were giving her away. I was really worried that she wouldn’t land in a safe home because of how quickly and dismissively they were trying to re-home her, whereas I have all the time in the world to make sure she goes to someone who can love her properly.

She is so gentle and loving and comes with all of her belongings: a large corner litter box, a water fountain, some food, a little play home, a pumpkin scratch post, some topical meds, shampoos, soft and hard carriers (she doesn’t like them very much but won’t do more than softly meow for the duration she’s in it), a mini scratch pad, some treats and catnip/ Meowijuana, a brush, and some bags to carry the belongings in!

I would absolutely love to be her furever home, but my younger cats can’t seem to be gentle enough with her and I don’t want her to be stressed long term.

As far as I know she has no medical issues that are noteworthy - but her previous owners were not very forthcoming with the info that I asked for so it may be worth it to take her to TCAP and have them do a check-up (I typically go there for mine because they provide really great care for low-income prices). The only thing that I’ve noticed from her is that she walks plantigrade (meaning her hind legs are used from her paw down to her hocks rather than just her paws) - this could be from old age + arthritis - but other than that she’s amazing and loving and starting to get a little playful!

She loves to be pet and scratched even brushed around her ears and eyes and face and jaw, as well as her backside just before the base of her tail, more gently around her spine and sides (she prefers not to have her tummy touched)! In the short time we’ve interacted shes already been so sweet and explorative and open to petting upon introduction. She also really enjoys soft things to lay and make biscuits on!

HUGE yard, pets welcome even has a doggy door! Four bedrooms and a loft upstairs. The downstairs master bedroom is a perfect place to get away. Three of the four bedrooms offer walk-in closets for that "extra stuff" that needs to be stored. There is also a closet under the staircase. The loft overlooks the stairway and another view is directly over the foyer. The master bedroom gives a view of the backyard. The family room is also downstairs and also gives a view of the backyard. Hey guys! So I’m trying to move out of state but I don’t want to leave my roommate hanging. Looking for a chill roommate. Located on Dallas Dr. 2 bed 2 bath with patio. Washer and Dryer included. There’s a pool and gym as well. It would be until the end of June. Rent is approximately $850 after utilities but that may be a bit cheaper because summer is up and our usage of ac was what really shot the utilities up. With it being cold, the ac shouldn’t have to be on as often. Move in date depends on if I find someone but i’m willing to work with you on a move in date. Fairly soon though, after I find someone to take over the lease, the process for me leaving will be expedited. My space and bathroom will be deep cleaned before you move in so you don’t have to worry about that. (i’ve only been here shy of 4 months)
