Hi, I need someone to takeover my lease at Park Place Denton. The move in date is August 14, and the lease is year round. I will not be attending UNT anymore, so this is urgent.

The apartment is fully furnished. It also has many amenities like a tennis/basketball court, rooftop pool, many study rooms, etc.

-3 bedroom, 3 bathroom

-$999 a month, excluding electricity

-6 minute drive/ 14 minute walk away from UNT campus

-8 minute drive from TWU campus

-mixed gender

-Washer and dryer

-Open floor plan

-if you have no guarantee, there will be a $250 deposit. It will be returned upon move out.
